Each atlas covers one state, except
California is split into California North and California South, Delaware and Maryland
are combined, Rhode Island and Connecticut are combined.
Each atlas has a page size equal to that of a Rand McNally USA atlas -- that is, 15.5" x 11". The number of pages varies by the size of the state. Florida has 128 pages; Texas has 168 pages.
